How to be a CPL (Commercial pilot license)

The aviation industry is a distinct industry, growing at a rapid pace during the previous three decades. As the aviation industry expands, so does the demand for skilled commercial pilots.  These are the requirements for becoming a commercial pilot in India: Age: The minimum age to qualify for commercial pilot in India is 18 years. Education : The minimum education needed is a pass certificate +2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects. Medical Fitness: The DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) employs a team of medical examiners who certify candidates regarding their fitness. Language Proficiency: The candidate should know how to read, write and communicate in English. Once these requirements are met clearly, the candidate can enrol to a DGCA-approved Commercial Pilot training institute, in various parts of India.
